Bloom & Birth —Perinatal Support
Prenatal Support
(Rapport-Building Sessions)
Prenatal sessions are about building relationship — with yourself and with me — before labor begins.
These sessions create space to slow down and explore what support actually looks like for you. Together, we listen for what helps you feel grounded, informed, and resourced as birth approaches.
Prenatal support may include:
Exploring what helps you feel safe and supported
Gently strengthening trust in your voice, intuition, and boundaries
Making space for fears, questions, or previous birth experiences
Emotional and somatic preparation for labor
These sessions are conversational, spacious, and responsive.
There is no agenda to perform or prepare correctly.
Offered as:
Individual prenatal sessions
Or a 3-session prenatal series (recommended for those desiring labor support)

Postpartum Support & Integration
The postpartum season is a profound threshold — and one that is often under-held.
Postpartum sessions offer space to land after birth, tend to your nervous system, and make sense of what you've moved through.
Postpartum support may include:
Space to share and integrate your birth experience
Emotional support during identity shifts and role changes
Gentle grounding and regulation practices
Being listened to without urgency or fixing
This is a season of being met with care, not rushed through.
Offered as:
Single postpartum visits
Or a 3-session postpartum support series
Working Together
Bloom & Birth Perinatal Support is offered as one-on-one, non-medical support shaped around the season you are navigating — pregnancy, labor, and early postpartum.
One-on-One Sessions (60 Minutes):
Single Session: $100
3-Session Series: $250
These sessions may be used for prenatal or postpartum support, depending on your needs.

Continuous Labor Support
(Non-Medical Birth Presence)
Labor support is the heart of this work. Labor is a threshold moment — one that benefits from steadiness, familiarity, and trust built over time.
I offer steady, continuous presence during labor, wherever you choose to give birth. My role is not to direct or manage the process, but to walk alongside you — offering calm, attuned support as you move through labor in your own way.
Labor support often includes:
Grounded, consistent presence
Support for breath, movement, and voice
Emotional steadiness during moments of intensity or uncertainty
Gentle encouragement toward rest, pacing, and self-trust
This support compliments medical or midwifery care and does not replace it.
